Meatball & Steak Kabobs

Coulotte Steaks Ingredients and Prep:

  • 6-8 oz of Coulotte Steak or BDA Top Sirloin Steak

  • 2 Tbs. olive oil

  • 1 Tbs. BDA honey

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • *optional dash of cayenne pepper for some heat*

    Prep: Slice Steaks into bite sized pieces and toss into a ziplock bag. Add the oil, BDA honey, salt and pepper. Put the bag in fridge, letting sit while you prepare the meatballs

Meatball Ingredients and Prep:

  • 2 lbs BDA Ground Beef

  • BDA egg yoke

  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • 1 Tbs. parsley, minced

  • 1 Tbs. mint, minced

  • 1 Tbs. thyme, minced

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp cumin

  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Prep: In a large bowl, mix together all meatball ingredients until well combined. Mold into meatballs to desired size.

Veggies: 

  • Bell peppers

  • Zucchini

  • Yellow squash

  • Onion

    Prep: Wash all your produce before slicing into bite sized pieces.

Kabob Instructions:

  1. Once you have all the kabob components prepped, grab your skewers!

  2. Add a piece of steak, some veggies, a meatball, and continue alternating.

  3. Make sure your grill is preheated before adding the kabobs. Cook for 7-9 minutes, turning occasionally.

  4. Serve and Enjoy!
