Meatball & Steak Kabobs
Coulotte Steaks Ingredients and Prep:
6-8 oz of Coulotte Steak or BDA Top Sirloin Steak
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 Tbs. BDA honey
Salt and pepper to taste
*optional dash of cayenne pepper for some heat*
Prep: Slice Steaks into bite sized pieces and toss into a ziplock bag. Add the oil, BDA honey, salt and pepper. Put the bag in fridge, letting sit while you prepare the meatballs
Meatball Ingredients and Prep:
2 lbs BDA Ground Beef
4 cloves of garlic, minced
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 Tbs. parsley, minced
1 Tbs. mint, minced
1 Tbs. thyme, minced
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Prep: In a large bowl, mix together all meatball ingredients until well combined. Mold into meatballs to desired size.
Veggies:
Bell peppers
Zucchini
Yellow squash
Onion
Prep: Wash all your produce before slicing into bite sized pieces.
Kabob Instructions:
Once you have all the kabob components prepped, grab your skewers!
Add a piece of steak, some veggies, a meatball, and continue alternating.
Make sure your grill is preheated before adding the kabobs. Cook for 7-9 minutes, turning occasionally.
