Ginger & Scallion Hanger Steak
Ingredients:
8-10 oz of BDA Hanger Steak
3 Tbs. soy sauce
1 Tbs. BDA Raw Honey
1 Tbs. toasted sesame oil
2 thumbs of ginger, grated
4 cloves of garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
A couple scallions, chopped to garnish
Toasted sesame seeds to garnish
Instructions:
Preheat grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix together in a bowl the soy sauce, BDA Raw Honey, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
Sprinkle steak with desired amount of salt and pepper. Add steak to the bowl, allowing to marinate for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Once grill is hot enough, place steaks on oiled surface. Allow to cook 6 minutes on each side.
Remove from heat and allow to sit for at least 5 minutes before thinly slicing.
Sprinkle with garnishes, serve, and enjoy!
